Hermès Services Groupe seeks Continuous Improvement Project Manager in Pantin, France. Lead operational transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map, maintain, and improve operational processes across the Packaging and Print division in collaboration with departmental teams
- Diagnose process dysfunctions and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and execute multi-year continuous improvement project roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Coordinate with upstream stakeholders and the Indirect Procurement Management on enterprise initiatives
- Execute projects using tailored methodologies including impact analysis, requirements definition, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
- Document all process evolutions and create or update operational procedures accordingly
- Lead change management and organizational adoption efforts in partnership with operational team leaders
- Communicate project status, impacts, and realized benefits to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with all teams to define multi-level KPIs spanning operational, tactical, and strategic dimensions
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to monitor divisional and directorate-level metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an engineering school or business school with preferred specialization in supply chain
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems (M3, SAP, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with business process management tools such as BPMN modeling software (Signavio, Visio, or similar) is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to negotiate and find consensus
- Strong analytical mindset with capacity for objective perspective and synthesis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and organize complex workstreams
- Team orientation with a collaborative, proximity-based approach to working relationships
- Rigor, pragmatism, and structured problem-solving methodology

Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management, ideally within luxury goods, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school, ideally with specialization in supply chain management or operations.
