Role & Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring tracking and delivery of ongoing initiatives
- Conduct detailed process and workflow analysis through field observations and comprehensive process mapping
- Identify operational bottlenecks, irritants, and tangible opportunities for performance gains
- Apply Lean methodologies and tools including PDCA, 5S, visual management, and process standardization
- Lead or co-lead improvement projects from initial diagnosis through results measurement and validation
- Document and disseminate best practices to facilitate scaled deployment across the organization
Qualifications
- Solid grasp of Lean methodology and problem-solving frameworks
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software
- Ability to structure analyses, prioritize action plans, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and gain impact within initial weeks
