Role & Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives across the Champigny-sur-Marne site and the IDF pole, working in project mode with workshop managers and production teams.
- Design and deliver management dashboards, performance tracking tools and operational animation supports for managers.
- Lead and coordinate improvement projects to optimise workshop performance, material flow and organisation; define milestones and track progress against macro‑plans.
- Standardise operational practices by drafting standards, operating procedures and codified best practices.
- Implement Lean tools and routines (5S, visual management, performance indicators, daily shop‑floor routines) and coach teams in their use.
- Accompany workshop managers in the daily animation and governance of operational performance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent (production, industrial engineering, logistics or continuous improvement) and available for an apprenticeship contract.
- Demonstrated project management capability: planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and dashboarding.
- Practical knowledge or strong interest in Lean methodologies (5S, visual management, KPI deployment).
- Analytical problem‑solving skills, rigor and strong organisational habits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and federate shop‑floor teams; initiative and autonomy.

Experience
Open to students and early‑career candidates; prior internships or academic project work in production, industrial engineering or continuous improvement are beneficial but not required.
Education
Student in an engineering school or equivalent formation, specialising in production, industrial engineering, logistics or continuous improvement (apprenticeship contract).
