Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational improvement projects to generate measurable progress and process optimization
- Conduct thorough analysis and root-cause identification of operational challenges
- Apply structured project management methodology to ensure formalized, transparent execution
- Animate and facilitate cross-functional working groups involving repair workshops, supply chain, and quality teams
- Develop decision-support tools and management aids to enhance daily operational efficiency
- Identify, prioritize, and propose sustainable, long-term improvement solutions
- Monitor action plan implementation and ensure organizational adherence and sustained results
- Pilot quality performance metrics and analysis within cutting and assembly workshops

Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for data visualization and reporting
