HMM seeks a Continuous Improvement Intern in Champigny-sur-Marne to drive operational excellence and lean deployment in luxury metal manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design management dashboards and performance tracking tools for workshop managers
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing workshop performance and material flows
- Structure and plan improvement initiatives, including milestone definition, macro-scheduling, and progress monitoring
- Develop and standardize operational practices through documentation of standards, procedures, and best practices
- Deploy and implement Lean tools including 5S methodology, visual management, performance indicators, and daily management routines
- Support Workshop Managers in daily performance management and operational animation
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program, with specialization in production, industrial engineering, logistics, or continuous improvement
- Proficiency in project management including organization, prioritization, and structuring
- Demonstrated capability in analysis and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and mobilize workshop teams
- Initiative-taking mindset and autonomy
- Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and field-based activities

Experience
Beginners accepted; candidates should demonstrate familiarity with or interest in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Education
