Ateliers Sport Soie is part of the Holding Textile Hermès (HTH), the integrated textile arm that develops accessories and fabrics in collaboration with Hermès métiers and artistic direction and coordinates production across multiple sites. Role & Responsibilities
- Support industrial performance projects: optimize production flows, refine shop-floor visit methods and establish or update standard times.
- Develop and maintain performance and quality dashboards (KPI tracking) and translate analysis into actionable improvement plans.
- Participate in the animation and continuous improvement of the quality management system: map processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with workshop managers and operational teams to implement and follow up corrective/preventive measures and ensure sustained results.
- Contribute to training and awareness initiatives for teams on continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Lean practices).
- Document process changes, prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint; assist in the development of Power BI reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a general engineering program or equivalent (apprenticeship track).
- First exposure to Lean, continuous improvement or quality control through internships, academic projects or early professional experience.
- Good command of Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint; interest in developing Power BI skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis capabilities and attention to detail.
- Organized, methodical, autonomous and able to work collaboratively across functions.
- Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to drive improvement through influence and clear communication.

Experience
Beginners accepted; candidates should preferably have a first practical exposure to Lean or continuous improvement and/or quality control through internships, academic projects or short-term roles. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Education
Enrolled in or pursuing a general engineering degree (apprenticeship / alternance) or equivalent technical higher education.
