Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain consolidated supplier quality tracking files for incoming inspections across all product lines
- Define and propose key performance indicators for quality and operational metrics at both team and Site Committee levels
- Participate in process modeling, documentation development, and technical standardization initiatives
- Implement dimensional monitoring systems for undecorated porcelain products to update quality standards and technical product data
- Support deployment of white-body defect libraries across both manufacturing sites
- Formalize and oversee Orange Box audits for porcelain and enamel production flows
- Establish and monitor qualitative and quantitative tracking indicators for internal quality assurance
- Define and implement a shared defect library for finished product inspection
- Manage quality waivers and deviation requests
- Analyze first-pass yield (BPC) data and propose corrective action plans
- Ensure reliability, automation, and standardization of yield calculation methodologies
- Design and coordinate internal quality awareness training and competency programs
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) commitments in accordance with site policy
- Demonstrate commitment to Hermès' ethical charter and Group values in all activities
Qualifications
- Degree in general engineering or specialization in continuous improvement and industrial methods
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
