Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily project management activities for store renovations and maintenance, including dossier preparation, supplier follow-up, quote comparison, and database updates
- Participate in meetings with design and execution teams involved in project delivery
- Assist with economic analysis and ratio documentation to build financial benchmarking
- Collaborate closely with internal Group departments (IT, Visual Merchandising, Legal, Security, Sustainability) to ensure Group standards and compliance
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with opening timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in architecture, interior architecture, or project management
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; additional languages preferred
- Experience in retail or hospitality sector
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
