Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy necessary actions for the CSR and Compliance programme, working with evaluation tools such as EcoVadis and ZEI
• Raise awareness among colleagues on CSR, compliance, and responsible procurement issues
• Produce Compliance and CSR reporting, coordinate data collection and consolidation across departments
• Support the organisational transformation required for implementing CSR and compliance obligations, identifying operational opportunities
• Conduct regulatory and normative surveillance, benchmark sectoral practices, and explore best practices and technical recommendations
• Identify and promote environmental and social initiatives from suppliers in close collaboration with procurement teams
• Advise procurement staff on responsible sourcing challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate on project-based implementation of responsible procurement policy, including steering committees on solidarity procurement and carbon accounting
• Actively participate in the Hermès Group's decarbonisation trajectory for scope 3 emissions within the indirect procurement division
• Update supplier risk mapping according to Group-established protocols in collaboration with indirect procurement directors and internal controls
• Track and report on action plans with suppliers, including audits and CSR assessments
• Monitor supplier compliance across legal documentation (Provigis), penetration rates, and progression metrics
• Organise, lead, and report on annual supplier meetings for the indirect procurement division
• Verify adherence to procurement procedures, including purchase requisitions and completeness of procurement dossiers
• Maintain and update the contract database in collaboration with procurement teams
• Identify compliance gaps and propose corrective actions

Qualifications

• Degree from a leading business school or university, ideally with specialisation in CSR management or organisational responsibility
• Strong appetite for regulatory and CSR matters
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and autonomy
• Ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven collaborative capability
• Strong numerical acumen and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical capability enabling adaptation to a demanding and evolving environment

Beginner-level candidates are accepted; prior internship or project experience in procurement, compliance, CSR, or sustainability environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Degree from a leading business school or university, ideally with specialisation in CSR management or organisational responsibility.
