Hermès Horloger seeks a Communications Project Coordinator (contract) in Brügg, Switzerland to coordinate press, web and CRM content for the watchmaking métier.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creation, validation and distribution of institutional press content for the Hermès watchmaking métier, including drafting briefs for visual and editorial materials.
  • Manage visual production workflows in collaboration with Hermès Visual Content teams and oversee product making‑of imagery intended for the press.
  • Select and liaise with freelance writers and editors, track editorial validation cycles and handle translation commissioning and follow‑up.
  • Prepare and assemble content for the website and CRM (landing pages, newsletters), coordinate with e‑commerce and digital art direction teams and supervise content production (images and texts).
  • Contribute to permanent visual identity and printed collateral for external and internal communications (invitations, presentations, métier documentation) and administer purchase orders for the scope.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an exacting communications, editorial or luxury environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong editorial sensitivity, aesthetic judgement and curiosity for emerging market and design trends.
  • Rigorous project management, excellent organisational skills and ease working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
