Hermès seeks a Communications Intern for its Generation H program in New York City, supporting integrated media campaigns, reporting, campaign analysis, print and experiential out-of-home activations, social moderation and boutique collateral. This in-person internship runs January 11–June 28, 2027, within the five-month program, and may be full-time at 37.5 hours per week or part-time at more than 15 and fewer than 35 hours per week; interns earn $20 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Communications Department and Media team in delivering integrated 360-degree communications initiatives.
  • Prepare internal reporting on 360-degree communications plans across paid, earned and owned media.
  • Assist with monthly, seasonal and campaign wrap-up analysis of client communications and brand activations.
  • Assist with planning and executing print campaigns and experiential out-of-home campaigns for large-scale U.S. events.
  • Partner with the media and special events teams to amplify regional initiatives and digital activations, analyze client-focused initiatives and assess campaign performance.
  • Moderate the owned U.S. Facebook page daily to streamline the client experience, liaising as needed with Store Directors, E-Commerce directors and Retail Operations to resolve inquiries.
  • Help manage seasonal orders of owned collateral and its distribution to boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Proactive self-starter able to take initiative, work independently and deliver results.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Luxury brand experience is an advantage.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Able to work in person at a company-designated location.
