Hermès México is hiring a Communications Intern in Mexico City to support PR, events and communications projects. 6‑month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of local and international communications projects and events.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure clear, timely delivery of communications activities.
- Prepare project presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics for international guests (flights, accommodation and ground transfers).
- Support PR activities including mailings, seedings, material distribution and media follow‑up.
- Upload and monitor media clippings on global platforms and produce coverage and KPI reports.
- Maintain databases and provide operational support for fashion shows and showroom activity (Launchmetrics).
- Assist with administrative tasks: invoices, supplier onboarding and purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication in Spanish; professional written communication skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with punctual follow‑up.
- Genuine interest in communications, PR and events within a luxury environment.

Beginners accepted; suitable for current students or recent graduates. Prior internship experience in communications, PR or events is advantageous but not required.
Education
Student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
