Hermès — Communications Intern in Hong Kong: 9-month internship supporting paid campaigns, social monitoring and campaign reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of paid campaigns across Digital, Social, Print and OOH channels; monitor campaign status to ensure objectives are met
  • Prepare campaign and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, customer feedback and potential issues; escalate as required
  • Assist with management and organization of the media library and creative assets
  • Provide operational support for communications events and cross‑regional coordination with external partners and internal teams
  • Perform occasional outdoor duties related to activations or events

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of the local Hong Kong media landscape
  • Available to commit to 2–3 full days per week (Monday–Friday) for the duration of the internship
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative disposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience
