Hermès Communications Intern in Geneva — support event coordination, media relations, and digital campaigns in this 12-month internship role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the organization and execution of VIP events, boutique events, and corporate activations
- Monitor and control Communications department invoices and track budget commitments
- Manage and coordinate logistics for public relations events organized by Hermès (Suisse) SA
- Support the Press Officer with report writing and responses to journalist inquiries
- Assist the Media Manager with digital campaign deployment, print campaign asset preparation, and display advertising support
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Communications or related field
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and digital communication platforms
- Fluent in French and English (German proficiency is a strong advantage)
- Prior experience in communications, events, or public relations preferred
- Genuine enthusiasm for orchestrating high-impact luxury brand events

Prior experience in communications, event management, or public relations is highly desirable; however, strong demonstrated interest in luxury brand communications and events may compensate for limited direct experience.
Education
Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or closely related discipline required or in progress.
