Hermès Communications Intern in Geneva — support event coordination, media relations, and digital campaigns in this 12-month internship role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the organization and execution of VIP events, boutique events, and corporate activations
  • Monitor and control Communications department invoices and track budget commitments
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for public relations events organized by Hermès (Suisse) SA
  • Support the Press Officer with report writing and responses to journalist inquiries
  • Assist the Media Manager with digital campaign deployment, print campaign asset preparation, and display advertising support

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Communications or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational rigor
  • Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and digital communication platforms
  • Fluent in French and English (German proficiency is a strong advantage)
