Hermès internship: six-month Media Communications Coordinator role in Paris (8th), starting January 2027. Coordinate media planning and strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders of creative content through shared databases and manage exchanges with international markets and media agencies
- Track and validate media planning documentation and press publication verification across France and international markets
- Monitor press publication justifications and social media reporting for France and international offices based on regional media plans
- Support the implementation and coordination of localized media strategies in liaison with regional markets and central media agencies
- Conduct strategic monitoring of advertising creatives, new online and offline formats (press inserts, digital formats, event displays), and 360° media initiatives across France and internationally
- Prepare conference reports, article summaries, and prospective studies on industry trends and competitive developments
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business school, IAE, university, or equivalent programme
- Preferred: six months of prior relevant experience in a similar communications or media planning function
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with a demonstrated eye for detail and practical problem-solving orientation
- Collaborative mindset with proven customer service orientation and team engagement
- Genuine interest in brand image and international markets with above-average general knowledge
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Tableau is advantageous

Beginners accepted; however, six months of prior experience in a similar communications or media planning role would be highly valued.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies at a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent institution.
