Hermès Foundation — Communications Apprentice in Paris. Apprenticeship (12–24 months) starting Sept 2026 supporting editorial, events and digital content.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital editorial content across the Foundation’s programmes, contributing to editorial planning and publication workflows.
  • Support the conception, editorial follow-up and production of print communications and publications.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of events: drafting briefs, building retroplannings, researching venues, coordinating external suppliers and providing on-site support.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks and contribute to budgetary tracking and supplier follow-up.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency of messaging and timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in communications, cultural management, or a closely related discipline (apprenticeship required).
  • Beginners accepted — no prior professional experience required.
  • Strong written skills, excellent spelling and a literary sensitivity.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proven organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
