Hermès Switzerland Communications Internship in Geneva – 1-year role supporting events, media relations, and digital campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize communications events including VIP evenings and in-store activations
- Monitor and process invoices for the Communications department; track budgetary commitments
- Manage and oversee mailing campaigns for public relations events organized by Hermès (Suisse) SA
- Support the Press Attaché by preparing reports and responding to journalist inquiries
- Assist the Communications Director with uploading digital campaigns, preparing assets for print, and coordinating display advertising
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with focus on Communications
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and strong adaptability
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Strong command of office software and digital communication tools
- Proficiency in French and English; German language skills are valued
- Prior experience in communications or media relations highly desired
