Hermès Parfums Beauté seeks a Communication Coordinator for a 6-month internship in Paris. Full-time e-commerce content and retail animation support role, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate e-retail animation requests between retail teams and creative agencies, including email campaigns, banners, and landing page development
- Manage product content production workflows, including photography shoots, video production, and asset organization for e-commerce platforms
- Administer the e-library database, uploading product sheets (images and descriptive text) and maintaining data accuracy and consistency
- Liaison with external translation agencies and manage translation validation with subsidiary offices
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research as assigned
- Coordinate internally with e-commerce retail teams, art direction, IT, communications, and affiliate offices
- Liaise externally with photography studios, development agencies, graphic designers, and specialized vendors
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school (École de Commerce), IAE, university program, or equivalent
- Prior internship or professional experience of at least 6 months in a similar communications or content production role strongly preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written communication skills in French
- Aesthetic sensibility and design awareness
- Practical problem-solving orientation

Prior internship or professional experience of at least 6 months in communications, content production, or e-commerce support is strongly preferred, though beginners with demonstrable passion for luxury brand communications are considered.
