Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Communication & Press Project Manager for the Silk & Fashion Accessories division in the end-to-end production of seasonal communication assets and editorial content.
• Prepare and coordinate seasonal shoots: compile collection briefs, organise prototype logistics, liaise on image deliveries and verify final assets.
• Select pieces and manage the dispatch and return of prototypes across campaigns, events and showroom activations.
• Draft and edit part of seasonal editorial materials including collection descriptions and product captions.
• Produce reporting documents, maintain the internal newsletter and perform competitive monitoring across press, social media and web channels.
• Act as a central reference for distribution of visuals and product information to other group entities; manage and archive the métier’s photo library and new content.
• Contribute operationally to the preparation, content creation and on-site support of the Podium (seasonal internal showroom) and related events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Communication, Business, Fashion Business or equivalent university programme; eligible for a conventionné internship.
• First professional experience or relevant internships in communication, editorial or events preferred; beginners accepted.
• Strong written and verbal English (fluent) for drafting content and interacting with internal stakeholders.
• Keen interest in fashion and product sensibility with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Organised, methodical and able to coordinate multiple operational tasks under tight timelines.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Open to candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or short-term roles in communications, PR, editorial or fashion events are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Current enrolment in a bachelor's or master's programme in Communication, Marketing, Fashion Business, Commerce or equivalent.
