Role & Responsibilities
- Support seasonal window display setup, installation, fittings, and maintenance across store locations
- Assist in promoting seasonal collections through strategic window display execution
- Coordinate with store teams on display execution timelines, feedback collection, and follow-up
- Support press-related activities including press clipping, press showroom operations, and sample loan coordination for stylists
- Provide administrative support for press events and event preparation
- Support the Communication department's major annual events in Korea
- Assist with material organization, schedule coordination, and logistical arrangements for events
- Manage guest hospitality and communication support before, during, and after events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in visual merchandising, retail store display, communications, PR, or related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with focus on design, fashion, visual merchandising, communications, or related discipline
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, preferred

Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, communications, public relations, or a closely related discipline within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in design, fashion, visual merchandising, communications, marketing, or a related field.
