Six-month internship as Communication Assistant Project Manager at Hermès Parfum & Beauté in Paris. Advertising campaigns and content production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of advertising materials for retail animations including window displays, point-of-sale screens, magazines, mailings, and event signage
- Develop advertising campaigns for the Perfume & Beauty segment across offline and social media channels internationally
- Support the preparation of product shootings through styling coordination and logistics management
- Compile and coordinate the shipment of materials required for photoshoots
- Conduct weekly competitive monitoring of the perfume and beauty segments and advertising tracking
- Adapt advertising campaigns for digital channels including landing pages, email campaigns, and carousel content
- Coordinate international translations with external translators and agencies
- Upload advertising materials to the internal asset-sharing platform
Qualifications
- Student enrolled in a Business School, Communications Programme, IAE or University-level institution
- Demonstrated aptitude for visual communication and strong writing capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with practical sensibility and service orientation
- Aesthetic sensibility combined with writing proficiency
- Recognized for collaborative mindset, responsiveness, and professional enthusiasm
- Proficient English language skills

Experience
A successful six-month prior internship experience in a similar role (advertising agency or client-side) would be highly advantageous; however, beginners are accepted.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Business School, Communications Programme, IAE, or equivalent university-level degree programme.
