Six-month internship in Communications and Events at Hermès Parfum Beauté, Paris. Support event development and editorial projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in event project development in coordination with Hermès International teams and relevant departments (press and influence, collection development)
- Conduct venue research and vendor sourcing for talent and services
- Manage guest logistics including transportation, accommodation, catering, and activities
- Support local event execution including scenography and styling setup
- Draft purchase orders and monitor event budgets
- Supervise event service providers (hostesses, stylists, hair and makeup teams)
- Develop editorial content including guidelines, notices, and décor documentation
- Draft press release briefs and communications materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in communications, business school (IAE), or equivalent higher education program
- Recognized for rigor, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and priority management capability
- Strong written and creative communication skills with aesthetic sensibility
- Fluent English proficiency and proficiency with standard office software tools

Experience
A successful prior six-month internship in a similar communications or events function is strongly preferred; however, beginners with demonstrated communication coursework and organizational aptitude are acceptable.
Education
Currently enrolled in a communications degree program, business school (IAE), specialized communications school, or university equivalent program.
