Hermes Paris seeks Commercial Support Officer (CDD) for Faubourg Saint-Honoré boutique—order management, after-sales, cash handling, administrative support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and validate customer orders and special orders submitted by sales associates
- Manage inter-store transfer requests and coordinate product availability across locations
- Maintain customer communications through written correspondence, reminders, and informational updates
- Track reserved and available orders within the boutique and manage customer notifications
- Oversee the complete after-sales process and product warranty management
- Handle remote sales inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and complete distance transactions
- Manage omnichannel flows from hermes.fr and ensure proper order tracking and fulfillment
- Perform cash register opening procedures and provide support during daily closures
- Process customer payments in-boutique and manage remote payment transactions
- Conduct daily cash withdrawals and maintain cash management protocols
- Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices, and wedding registry lists for clients
- Order consumable supplies for the entire boutique on an as-needed basis
- Complete administrative archiving related to internal control requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing environments
- Proficiency with Cegid retail management system and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-service orientation with excellent listening skills
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal qualities

Skills
Experience
