Hermès Sellier in Pantin seeks a Commercial Development Assistant — Women's Ready-to-Wear (apprenticeship), starting Sept 2026. Support sales analysis, forecasting and showrooms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support zone managers in commercial development of the women's ready-to-wear collections through sales analyses and purchase preparation.
- Contribute to sales forecasting processes (showroom sales, PIC) and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards covering sell-out, deliveries, CRM and e‑commerce performance.
- Assist in the creation and updating of sales tools: maintain the selling application, draft showroom seller briefs and prepare strategic métier presentations.
- Coordinate showroom logistics and provide back-office support during showroom events (client reception, seller coordination).
- Communicate commercial initiatives to regional zones and help prepare market visits for zone managers.
- Deliver project-support tasks assigned by zone managers to advance medium-term commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or engineering programme (bachelor’s or master’s level) and available for an apprenticeship.
- Very good command of English — written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong numerical aptitude.
- Analytical mindset with experience or interest in sales analysis and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisation and project‑management capability.
- Genuine interest in womenswear and the fashion retail environment.
- Adaptability, initiative and intellectual curiosity; prior experience in merchandising or a commercial role is a plus.

Open to students and early-career candidates; previous internship or experience in merchandising or commercial functions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school (undergraduate or graduate level).
