Hermès Pantin internship: 6-month Commercial Development & Training Assistant position, January 2027. Coordinate seasonal collections, events, and sales training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate all logistical aspects of seasonal collection launches and showroom events, including supplier management, budget tracking, and scheduling
- Manage recruitment, scheduling, and budget oversight for sales teams and models participating in showroom presentations
- Coordinate and oversee photographic and videographic shoots for product shots and visual merchandising content in preparation for events
- Manage and update the 'Podium Application' ordering tool with accurate product imagery, video content, pricing, and catalog verification
- Prepare and distribute collection notes, model assortment information, and essential documentation to support subsidiary order-to-buy planning
- Ensure seamless coordination and logistical flow during live showroom sales events, maintaining communication with sales staff and supporting retail buyers
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and booth presentation quality throughout the event duration
- Manage scheduling modifications, visitor attendance tracking, and administrative operations including meal coordination and badge distribution
- Coordinate model management and support market presentation activities
- Contribute to post-event order modifications, cancellations, and substitution management
- Develop buying guidance tools and product performance materials to support retail partners
- Assist in constructing assortment and delivery documentation for market teams
- Disseminate post-show communications and information following press shows, haute couture presentations, and trunk shows
- Prepare and distribute market-focused newsletters to regional teams
- Collaborate on cross-functional improvement initiatives aimed at revenue optimization
- Support the development and distribution of sales training materials and resources
- Contribute to the creation of sales briefs and internal educational tools aligned with seasonal collections

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a gap year or final year at a business school or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated maturity and operational acumen through prior long-term internship experience
- Proficiency in numerical and financial analysis
- Fluent English language skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation capabilities with attention to aesthetic and detail
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
