Hermès apprenticeship: Commercial Coordination Specialist for store arrangements, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais. Supply chain and procurement role with global retail oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store opening orders and fixture deliveries for approximately 20 global store launches annually, managing supplier lists and leather sets
- Analyze and prepare customs declarations (certificates of origin, materials, DLT, TSCA) and accompany suppliers through compliance documentation processes
- Create and maintain approximately 350 new article references in SAP/Bolduc annually, with data verification and article update management
- Maintain a customs referential database of approximately 500 articles from 60 suppliers, ensuring data accuracy across M3/AGORA/Bolduc interfaces
- Coordinate shipment schedules and provide real-time delivery tracking information to the operations architecture community
- Update and maintain the store opening dashboard bi-annually, consolidating order information and distributing updates to customer service teams
- Manage catalogue updates twice yearly across 500 references, including new product additions, photo/figurine updates in the DAM system, and French/English labelling verification
- Support procurement and supply chain teams as needed on complementary projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level Supply Chain programme (Bac +5)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational capabilities
- Team-oriented approach to cross-functional collaboration
