Role & Responsibilities

• Support Business Analyst with weekly sell-out and stock performance monitoring, producing ad‑hoc analyses for the commercial team.
• Contribute to sell‑out optimization: implement seasonal replenishments, animate available stock and communicate production cancellations to clients.
• Coordinate and follow up special orders daily in liaison with production teams and subsidiaries; maintain and animate a central order‑tracking file.
• Manage commercial calendar tasks for the footwear category: handle press‑show orders, uniform offerings and compile a monthly activity newsletter.
• Participate in continuous improvement of sales tools related to special orders: update sales‑enablement materials, coordinate with partner agencies and maintain detailed retroplannings.
• Collaborate closely with Zone Managers, Project Managers and cross‑departmental partners (collection, production, development, client services and retail) to ensure smooth product lifecycle execution.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduating from a Master's level programme (Bac+5) in business, fashion or engineering and eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and experience producing commercial reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills; prior retail experience (corporate or boutique) is a plus.

Beginners accepted; internship/apprenticeship candidates are welcome. A prior retail experience in a corporate or boutique environment is advantageous but not required.

Education

Master's-level student (Bac+5) in business, fashion or engineering; current enrolment in an apprenticeship programme preferred.
