Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Central Supply, Logistics and After‑Sales IT direction in the implementation of the ORIGIN product traceability programme.
• Act as the liaison between MOA (business needs) and factories/technical teams (delivery), coordinating stakeholders across the Group to ensure alignment and progress.
• Follow and drive GesCo actions linked to the ORIGIN programme, maintaining accountability for associated deliverables.
• Create, maintain and prioritise a backlog of minor evolutions; challenge and rank requests by business value with MOA, business owners and technical leads.
• Validate solution mockups and functional specifications, ensuring understanding and conformity with defined urbanism/architecture.
• Ensure deployment schedules are respected; prepare cut‑over and rollback plans and coordinate hypercare post‑MEP with stabilisation KPIs.
• Contribute to project budget and resource follow‑up in coordination with factories where applicable.
• Update Project Portfolio Management records for resources, deliverables, deadlines and associated indicators.
• Document downstream functional processes related to traceability and prepare handover material for operational support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school programme, or undertaking an equivalent university degree, within an apprenticeship (alternance) framework.
• Minimum of 6 months of professional experience (internship or similar) in IT project coordination or management within a sizeable organisation.
• Familiarity with traditional (Waterfall / cycle en V) and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Practical experience participating in IT project phases (specification, testing, deployment, transition to support).
• Strong analytical capability, rigorous organisation and excellent written and oral communication.
• Interest in supply chain and logistics processes, with the capacity to synthesise and author process documentation.
• Adaptability, diplomacy and the ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Skills

Experience

At least 6 months' prior professional experience (internship or similar) in IT project coordination or management within a large or complex organisation; beginners accepted under an apprenticeship contract.

Education

Enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent university programme (apprenticeship/alternance).
