Hermès Conservatoire des Créations seeks Collections Management & Conservation Intern in Pantin for five-month full-time position supporting heritage preservation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preventive conservation campaigns and object preparation, including consolidation treatments prior to handling
  • Coordinate collections management activities including liaison with internal métiers for loans, documentation research, and physical and administrative loan preparation
  • Manage intake and processing of new internal acquisitions, verify proposals, assign inventory numbers, and prepare import records
  • Organize and store objects following curatorial protocols
  • Maintain detailed records and follow up on pending collection matters
