Six-month product development internship with Hermès in Pantin, supporting tableware collections design and launch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the advancement of projects outlined in the Hermès tableware collection plan, coordinating with design and technical development teams
- Support product managers in daily operations and contribute to the effective execution of project meetings
- Manage prototypes throughout the development cycle, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain and update working documents and tools including project files, pricing schedules, photo libraries, catalogs, and product documentation
- Oversee photography shoots for new product launches, from pre-production through final delivery of edited assets with external agencies
- Conduct analytical reviews of the tableware segment through quantitative and qualitative studies, including sales trends, usage patterns, forms, and thematic analysis
- Monitor market trends, new product launches, and sector developments relevant to high-end tableware
- Present segment insights and collection achievements to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the collective life and culture of the Collections Direction
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a final-year student or on a sabbatical year at a university or business school
- Strong appreciation for high-end artisanal craftsmanship and understanding of how objects are conceived, developed, and brought to life by master artisans
- Ideally, prior experience in product development demonstrating organizational skills, attention to detail, and foundational project management capabilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated dynamism, intellectual curiosity, and operational agility

Ideally, previous experience in product development or collection management that has cultivated organizational discipline, precision, and foundational project management competencies. Beginners are accepted if they demonstrate passion for artisanal craftsmanship and a commitment to learning.
Education
Currently pursuing a final-year diploma at a university or business school, or engaged in a sabbatical year with an educational institution.
