Hermès seeks a Fine Jewelry Collection Manager in Pantin to lead strategic collection direction across global distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy fine jewelry collection strategy at short, medium, and long-term horizons aligned with métier ambitions
- Construct narrative and identity for each collection; articulate creative intentions internally and present them strategically to leadership
- Choreograph collection launches in close coordination with Artistic Direction, the studio, and Development and Gemstone teams
- Establish and lead cross-functional governance, including quarterly steering committee reviews for executive decision-making
- Pilot segment budget, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain portfolio equilibrium across collections
- Develop team members with rigor and compassion whilst transmitting Hermès culture and métier values
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in collection strategy and storytelling within luxury or fine jewelry sectors
- Proven ability to reconcile creative vision with operational and financial discipline
- Ease and credibility working alongside artistic and design teams
- Leadership acumen; capacity to federate diverse profiles around a shared vision
- Strong English language proficiency
- Curiosity, collaborative spirit, and exceptional interpersonal effectiveness
