Hermès seeks a Collection Development Assistant intern in Pantin for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for product development tracking from prototype through final validation
  • Maintain and update collection monitoring tools including synoptics, mappings, and databases
  • Assist in preparing collection reviews with the Artistic Direction team
  • Contribute to product reference codification and PLM system updates
  • Support the construction of Models-Materials-Colors product offerings
  • Define product packaging and instructional materials
  • Contribute to product positioning documentation and updates
  • Support podium-related activities including preparation, logistics, and monitoring
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis of runway shows and sector developments
  • Participate in ad hoc studies supporting Product Managers

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student in gap year second part or final year of business school, engineering school, or fashion school
  • Demonstrated experience through at least one prior internship
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strong collaborative skills and interpersonal communication
  • Genuine interest in luxury sector trends and leather goods design
