Hermès seeks a Collection Development Assistant intern in Pantin for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for product development tracking from prototype through final validation
- Maintain and update collection monitoring tools including synoptics, mappings, and databases
- Assist in preparing collection reviews with the Artistic Direction team
- Contribute to product reference codification and PLM system updates
- Support the construction of Models-Materials-Colors product offerings
- Define product packaging and instructional materials
- Contribute to product positioning documentation and updates
- Support podium-related activities including preparation, logistics, and monitoring
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis of runway shows and sector developments
- Participate in ad hoc studies supporting Product Managers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student in gap year second part or final year of business school, engineering school, or fashion school
- Demonstrated experience through at least one prior internship
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong collaborative skills and interpersonal communication
- Genuine interest in luxury sector trends and leather goods design
