Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CNC machining programs in CAM software (Mastercam or SolidCAM) and ISO code
- Set up and adjust computer numerical control machines, particularly ROBODRILL systems, for small-series production runs
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality specifications on all manufactured components
- Machine diverse materials including brass, stainless steel, and engineered plastics in 3, 4, and 5-axis operations
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and maintenance interventions including tool changes and machine fault resolution
- Prepare raw materials and stock management for production requirements
- Execute first-level preventive maintenance on CNC machinery
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to refine prototypes and optimize production workflows
Qualifications
- Mastery of ISO programming and CAM software platforms (Mastercam or SolidCAM preferred)
- Extensive practical experience in precision machining of brass and stainless steel alloys
- Proven expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC operations (both positioned and simultaneous)
- Proficiency in dimensional control techniques and metrology
- Solid foundation in mechanical engineering and industrial computing systems
- Competency with standard business software applications
- Knowledge of first-level preventive maintenance protocols

Minimum 5 years in industrial manufacturing environments, ideally with demonstrated expertise in small-series prototype and pilot production workflows.
