Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the omnichannel interface for the George V boutique: manage client reservations, remote sales and omnichannel order flows to ensure exemplary client service.
  • Process and validate client orders and special orders entered by sales staff; track personalised and métier orders through to delivery.
  • Manage remote payment links and shipment coordination, including preparation of export and intra‑Europe shipping documentation.
  • Liaise with the central customer relations centre via the Passerelle interface to resolve enquiries and restore client satisfaction according to Hermès service standards.
  • Notify clients of in‑store availability and follow up on inter‑store transfer requests.
  • Prepare quotes and order forms for Hermès Maison and Horizon products and compile documentation for corporate gifting orders.

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary diploma (Bac+2 minimum; Bac+3 preferred) or equivalent vocational training.
  • Open to beginners; candidates in work‑study/apprenticeship programmes are eligible.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Excellent presentation and spoken communication; persuasive service orientation and strong listening skills.
  • Organised, methodical and able to implement administrative processes and tracking methods.
  • Comfortable with customer‑facing digital tools and transactional systems.

Experience

Open to beginners; prior experience in retail operations, client services or order management is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates enrolled in an apprenticeship programme are encouraged to apply.
