Luxury goods company seeks Client Service Coordinator in Fontenay-sous-Bois, France. Order and delivery management role reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launch planning and demand forecasting with commercial and supply chain teams, constructing and validating delivery schedules including quantities and timelines
  • Serve as primary contact for product availability and delivery timeline inquiries, proactively monitoring order status and anticipating stockout or delay risks
  • Process client-specific requests, complaints, and order adjustments within established service quality frameworks while maintaining reliable and proactive communication
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including service levels, on-time delivery rates, and schedule reliability, producing regular reporting and proposing corrective actions where variances occur
  • Identify optimization opportunities within order and delivery processes, contributing to the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) in Commerce, Business Management, Client Relations, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable client-facing role or B2B/B2C customer relationship position
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems such as M3
