Luxury goods company seeks Client Service Coordinator in Fontenay-sous-Bois, France. Order and delivery management role reporting to Supply Chain Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launch planning and demand forecasting with commercial and supply chain teams, constructing and validating delivery schedules including quantities and timelines
- Serve as primary contact for product availability and delivery timeline inquiries, proactively monitoring order status and anticipating stockout or delay risks
- Process client-specific requests, complaints, and order adjustments within established service quality frameworks while maintaining reliable and proactive communication
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including service levels, on-time delivery rates, and schedule reliability, producing regular reporting and proposing corrective actions where variances occur
- Identify optimization opportunities within order and delivery processes, contributing to the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) in Commerce, Business Management, Client Relations, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable client-facing role or B2B/B2C customer relationship position
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems such as M3

Experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar position or in B2B/B2C customer relations, demonstrating proven ability to manage complex order workflows, coordinate across multiple departments, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Commerce, Business Management, Client Relations, or Supply Chain specialization.
