Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Las Vegas Crystals boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. The role is temporary, begins in November and runs through December 31; the pay range is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with actual rates based on the job, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and direct or escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process, including hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and related items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
