Role & Responsibilities

  • Recognize and appropriately welcome distinguished personalities, adhering to specific protocols.
  • Oversee customer flow in high-volume departments such as fashion accessories, footwear, and jewelry.
  • Actively participate in feedback collection for continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for additional client requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong team spirit and versatility.
  • Recognized for discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience
