Hermès internship: Client Experience Project Assistant in Pantin, France. 6-month full-time stage supporting sales, events, and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and support podium presentations and collection launches, including pre-event coordination and Horizons showroom setup
- Develop sales support tools and monitor inventory systems, producing monthly performance reports
- Assist with international event production and in-store activations, including technical specifications and client presentation materials
- Maintain showroom readiness by managing refreshments, product displays, and facility maintenance coordination with general services
- Execute VIP client engagement initiatives, organizing workshop visits, client presentations, and curated experiences while managing vendor relationships and compiling feedback
- Develop customer experience tools and collateral (digital and print) for special orders teams and sales staff, coordinating with retail locations, internal teams, external agencies, and printers; track project budgets
- Contribute to internal communications through HermèSphère articles and manage quarterly newsletter development
- Support team seminars and departmental events
- Track VIP client action plans and propose innovative experience concepts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school (stage de fin d'études)
- Fluent English
- Strong project management capabilities with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for craftsmanship and luxury sectors
- Creative, curious, and proactive mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions

Experience
Experience in communications, customer experience, or retail sectors is appreciated, though entry-level candidates are accepted.
Education
