Hermès Paris (Sèvres) seeks Client Experience Manager for fixed-term luxury retail role (Nov 2025–Jan 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient customers throughout the store with refined, warm hospitality, serving as the primary point of contact and house ambassador
- Facilitate client navigation to appropriate sales departments and liaise with available sales advisors to ensure seamless product consultation
- Offer complimentary premium beverages to all customers in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
- Monitor beverage inventory levels and maintain pristine cleanliness standards throughout guest-facing areas
- Coordinate omnichannel customer journeys, including web-to-store, remote sales, and inter-store transactions
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clientele and regular patrons through attentive service and personalized recall
- Gather client feedback on previous shopping experiences and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Recognize and extend appropriate protocol to notable personalities and dignitaries
- Manage guest flow and queue management during peak periods in high-volume categories such as accessories, footwear, and fine jewelry
- Collect and relay customer insights to support operational enhancement and service refinement
- Provide ancillary support for miscellaneous customer requests and special services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail reception or high-end hospitality environments
- Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong service orientation and attentiveness to client needs
- Discretion and strict confidentiality awareness
- Fluent English language proficiency
