Hermès Sellier — Paris: Client Experience Host (fixed‑term) at the Faubourg Saint‑Honoré boutique, delivering luxury hospitality and omnichannel client support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive clients across the entire boutique acting as a ‘Maître de Maison’ and first point of contact.
- Guide clients to the appropriate sales department and liaise with sales advisors to ensure seamless handovers.
- Deliver high‑end hospitality within the boutique: offer and serve beverages, monitor refreshment stocks and maintain immaculate public spaces.
- Support omnichannel customer journeys including web‑to‑shop, remote sales and shop‑to‑shop interactions.
- Build and maintain close relationships with VIPs and regular clients through deep knowledge of client preferences and protocols.
- Manage customer waiting for high‑volume departments and apply correct VIP protocols when required.
- Collect client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc support for ancillary client requests and boutique needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of proven experience in luxury retail reception or high‑end hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and ability to read client expectations.
- Rigorous, service‑oriented, available and adaptable to a dynamic boutique environment.
- Team player with demonstrated flexibility and multiskilling.

Experience
At least 1 year of successful experience in luxury retail reception or upscale hospitality environments is required.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or certification in hospitality, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage.
