Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive clients throughout the boutique, acting as a discreet 'Maître de Maison' to create a refined in-store atmosphere.
  • Guide clients to the appropriate department and liaise with sales advisors to ensure seamless handovers and personalised service.
  • Deliver elevated hospitality by offering and serving beverages, maintaining beverage stock levels and ensuring hospitality areas remain immaculate.
  • Manage omnichannel client journeys (web‑to‑shop, remote sales, shop‑to‑shop) to provide a consistent experience across touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with VIP and regular clients through attentive follow‑up and knowledge of their preferences.
  • Collect and synthesise client feedback to inform service improvements and support continuous enhancement of the client experience.
  • Anticipate and manage client needs and expectations, including reception protocols for recognised personalities and management of queues for high‑volume departments.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the store team as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail reception or high‑end hospitality.
  • Excellent spoken communication and polished presentation.
  • Fluent English (spoken); discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Strong relational skills, dynamism and genuine service orientation.
  • Rigour, availability and capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
