Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients throughout the store acting as a 'Maître de Maison' and embodying Hermès hospitality standards.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department and liaise closely with sales advisors to ensure a seamless handover.
  • Provide high‑end hospitality (offer beverages, maintain presentation and cleanliness of client areas) and manage beverage stock.
