Hermès seeks a Client Development Intern to support its Client Experience Team with Fragrance and Beauty initiatives, events, research, and administrative projects. This is a full-time, in-person internship scheduled for January 11–June 28, 2027, within the five-month Generation H program; the schedule is 37.5 hours per week at $20 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Experience Team with planning, organizing, and executing initiatives related to Fragrance and Beauty.
- Assist with managing trackers and calendars.
- Provide pre- and post-event support, prepare recaps, and collect data.
- Conduct and compile competitive market research on events, activations, and services.
- Assist with on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
- Contribute creative ideas for client experiences and hospitality.
- Compile and write post-event recaps for internal communications and the intranet.
- Support miscellaneous special projects for CDCRM.
- Provide administrative support for invoice processing, contracts, budgets, and related tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program.
- Retail experience in cosmetics, including fragrance, beauty, or skincare, is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a highly complex work environment.
- Able to take initiative and work independently at times.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Able to communicate information clearly and concisely.
- Time-sensitive, accurate, and highly dependable.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is an essential function of the position.

Experience
Beginners accepted; retail experience in cosmetics is preferred, and previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
