Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to every customer with ease, surprise, and generosity, embodying Hermès values at all times
- Provide personalized client assistance by identifying individual needs and presenting the full breadth of Hermès product universes
- Execute high-quality sales transactions across all product categories while maintaining strict attention to product quality and service excellence
