Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all sales activities within store while maintaining Hermès standards of image and service worldwide
- Identify customer needs and develop consultative relationships to drive sales and post-sales services
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining elevated standards of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer experiences
- Actively engage walk-in customers and maintain KPI metrics for customer retention
- Support inventory management and special projects as required

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or equivalent capacity
- Strong motivation to embody the Hermès Ambassador role and deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaborative work environments
- Fluent command of Mandarin Chinese with English proficiency preferred
