Hermès Korea seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul (10‑month contract) to manage client enquiries and e‑commerce back‑office sales via phone, messenger and email.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries daily via phone, online messenger and email, providing accurate product, stock, store and order information.
  • Handle after‑sales requests including order cancellations and personal data matters, escalating or liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Create and process client orders within the e‑commerce back office on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with stores, logistics and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that reflect the Hermès standard of surprise and service.
  • Attend regular brand, product and service training to maintain up‑to‑date brand knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications

  • 2–7 years of professional client service experience, preferably in luxury fashion, hospitality or VIP financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult or high‑profile clients with discretion and maturity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑oriented mindset.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to grow through challenge.
  • Available to work weekends on a shift schedule; able to work full‑time for the fixed contract period.
