Hermès Korea seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul (10‑month contract) to manage client enquiries and e‑commerce back‑office sales via phone, messenger and email.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries daily via phone, online messenger and email, providing accurate product, stock, store and order information.
- Handle after‑sales requests including order cancellations and personal data matters, escalating or liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Create and process client orders within the e‑commerce back office on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate with stores, logistics and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that reflect the Hermès standard of surprise and service.
- Attend regular brand, product and service training to maintain up‑to‑date brand knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- 2–7 years of professional client service experience, preferably in luxury fashion, hospitality or VIP financial services.
- Proven ability to manage difficult or high‑profile clients with discretion and maturity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑oriented mindset.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to grow through challenge.
- Available to work weekends on a shift schedule; able to work full‑time for the fixed contract period.

Experience
2–7 years in professional client service or customer care, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality or VIP service environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality, communications or a related field preferred.
