Client Advisor position in luxury retail in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Engage affluent clientele through personalized sales, relationship management, and exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly upon store entry with genuine engagement and eye contact
- Identify client needs through attentive conversation and present relevant product features, benefits, and heritage narratives
- Establish and maintain client relationships through follow-up engagement and invitations to share contact details
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are correctly displayed and restocked following customer interactions
- Maintain departmental inventory levels and ensure proper product storage and handling to prevent damage
- Execute administrative procedures for sales transactions, exchanges, returns, and repairs in accordance with store protocols
- Share customer feedback on products and propose ideas for improving daily operations and service delivery
- Complete ad hoc tasks and operational responsibilities as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a sales position within luxury retail
- Demonstrated empathy and sincerity in customer interactions
- Familiarity with luxury brand products and heritage
- Strong individual sales performance and contribution to sector turnover
