The Cleaning Services Coordinator oversees cleaning providers across office and retail locations, quality inspections, recurring services, events, waste operations, and work-at-height services, while supporting site openings and providing backup for Services 3D during holidays. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning service providers across office and retail locations, including access requests, submitting intervention requests by email and through the internal platform, and tracking their resolution.
- Conduct 10 rotating quality inspections per month across office and retail locations, prepare cleaning and maintenance inspection reports, and participate in RMA.
- Manage recurring services, including scheduling, access requests, drafting and signing prevention plans and work-at-height permits, and inspecting completed services.
- Provide operational support to service providers for bulky-item handling, site setups, signage, and related tasks.
- Organize and monitor small one-off and recurring events, including requesting quotes, placing and receiving orders in MEO, and checking setups and services.
- Oversee the waste service provider by tracking collections against schedules, submitting monthly DIB waste weights, coordinating the Caravane du Tri setup, reporting recycled waste collection weights, and regularly checking the cleanliness and number of rented containers.
- Manage work-at-height services, including scheduling, access requests, drafting and signing prevention plans and work-at-height permits, and inspecting completed services, following completion of the Prevention Plan training.
- Support operational activities during site openings.
- Provide backup for Services 3D management during the department’s holiday period.
Qualifications
- Bac to Bac+3 education.
- At least 8 years of professional experience.
- Solid experience managing services.
- A service-oriented approach to internal clients.
- Methodical, responsive, rigorous, and flexible.
- Comfortable using IT tools and preparing reports.
- Team-oriented.
- Flexible regarding working hours and days according to business needs.
