Six-month internship in Supply Chain Circular Economy at Hermès Pantin, managing recycling and donation operations for the Product Second Life Department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recycling and donation flows, including stock reception, sorting, and dispatch coordination
- Analyze inventory eligibility criteria and prepare stock depletion forecasts
- Request and manage quotes from logistics and recycling partners
- Schedule and coordinate operations with internal teams and external service providers
- Conduct physical sorting of items for recycling operations and participate in quality control verification
- Document and formalize existing recycling and donation management processes
- Draft procedures for each external partner in collaboration with internal control and NCP logistics teams
- Map product end-of-life pathways by origin, sales data, and turnover rates in coordination with the sales team
- Establish and monitor KPIs for activity tracking and operational performance
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Business School with Supply Chain specialization
- Strong interest in logistics processes and supplier/partner operational expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and demonstrated aptitude for information systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability across diverse stakeholders

Academic or professional exposure to supply chain management, logistics operations, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school with Supply Chain specialization.
