Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt appearance and conduct to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele
- Open and close cash register with accuracy and protocol compliance
- Guide, advise, and orient customers through the collection
- Welcome and process customer transactions with availability and warmth
- Manage bank authorizations and procedures as required
- Apply group-defined cash handling procedures and protocols
- Administer cash register documentation and reconciliation
- Execute tax-free procedures for foreign customers
- Communicate enthusiasm and positivity to colleagues and customers
- Welcome and support new team members
- Demonstrate solidarity with team members facing challenges
Qualifications
- Bac +2 qualification or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
- Fluent English (essential)
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Accounting knowledge and numerical aptitude
- Polished presentation and articulate communication
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong service orientation, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail
